Fees & Payment

Payment policies will be discussed prior to the start of treatment.  Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. A valid payment method may be required to remain on file. Pearl Cast Solutions does not process payments directly through the public website; all billing is handled through a secure platform.

Insurance

Pearl Cast Solutions works with select insurance providers.  Coverage and benefits vary by plan. Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage, including co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs.  Any services not covered by insurance will be the responsibility of the patient. Please contact the office for the most current list of accepted insurance plans.
